Welcome to the web home of the urban green project. Urban green project is the story of our effort to build a green home and workplace. We want this site to be a resource for you and an honest story of our process. We are building a green home, designed and created around a whole lifestyle and we are doing it on a tight budget.  It’s not an experiment, it’s our life.  You’ll find a narrative of the building and why we made the architectural choices we made. There’s a blog with honest accounts of what’s going right and wrong in the process.  There’s a place to see progress photos and narrative of what contractors are doing and how they’re doing it.
